Cancel a Collection purchase
This covers a Collection, Add Time gift or media-capacity purchase. You can use this wording, or simply send us any clear statement that you want to cancel.
To Once Spoken: I give notice that I cancel my Collection / Add Time / capacity purchase (delete as appropriate).

Send the information through the contact form. Do not include card details. We may ask you to verify control of the purchaser email or Collection.
If you asked us to start during the 14-day cancellation period, a lawful proportionate amount may be deducted for service actually supplied. Your rights where the service is faulty or misdescribed are separate and are not reduced by this process.
Cancellation does not cause immediate irreversible deletion. For an owner purchase, we will explain the export and deletion steps that apply. For a visitor or invited-contributor purchase, a refund gives no control over the Collection and applied time is not silently removed. Capacity bought by a contributor remains available for other lawful Collection material if the associated submission is declined, unlawful or removed; Once Spoken separately reconciles the entitlement and any lawful refund.
