Where to look first

Try videos in your camera roll, WhatsApp or Messenger voice notes, saved voicemail and an older phone. The file does not need editing first—we use only the sound, and you choose the part people hear.

If somebody else has the recording, ask them to send the original file to you. They do not need to trim or convert it.

We’ll email you a private, expiring link so you can add the recording when you have it to hand.

You can also paste the memorial ID from the link.

For privacy, we show the same confirmation whether or not the details match. We never reveal who submitted a memorial.

Is the file over 50 MB?

Don’t compress or delete your only copy. Send us a note and we’ll help you find a safe way to provide it. A short export from the original video often works too.
