Add value to your service
Offer a lasting, personal form of remembrance alongside the practical support you already provide.
For organisations supporting bereaved families
You do not need a partnership, contract or referral code to begin. Share Once Spoken whenever it may help; families deal directly with us and can choose community-supported if they cannot contribute.
Why it is worthwhile
Once Spoken gives your team something distinctive and genuinely useful to offer after a funeral, ceremony or period of support. Families choose whether to use it and deal directly with us.
Offer a lasting, personal form of remembrance alongside the practical support you already provide.
Give families a thoughtful next step after the immediate arrangements are over, without selling them another product.
Your private status page reports referral arrivals, memorials created, published memorials and candles—only as totals.
A simple relationship
Tell us who you are, who you support and how you would introduce Once Spoken. No payment is requested.
We check that the organisation and proposed use are suitable. Approved partners receive a link automatically.
Use the supplied wording in aftercare emails, information packs, your website or conversations with families.
Partners never receive family details, see who created a memorial or influence moderation. There are no referral fees or data sharing, and Once Spoken never sells leads or ranks memorials according to who introduced them.
Self-service application
Complete this once. You will receive a private status link immediately; after that, the only manual step is our approval decision.
No paid influence. A contribution is separate from applying or being approved. It creates no advertising, family access or influence.
Choose an amount. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
A contribution supports an independent business and is not a charitable donation. It is optional and creates no commercial or editorial entitlement.
Your contribution helps preserve more people and supports families who cannot contribute.
